Colby and her college sweetheart and husband, Gary, have four children: Avery, Garrison, Bradley, and Jep. They spend a lot of quality time as a family being outside on their farm with their cows, horses and chickens, spending time fishing and at the lake, or playing softball and baseball. The love of reading is evident in their family. Church and faith are top priorities and each share responsibilities such as; Sunday School teacher, praise team and choir members, and various committees.
