Ms. Nance's 5th and 6th grade science classes took a field trip to the Water Treatment Plant February 18th and 19th, where Sawyer Manley and Dustin Mauk showed us how Polk County gets its fresh drinking water. We had a great time and really enjoyed the explanations, processes, history, chemistry lesson, and in depth tour of the whole structure.
