Seniors,
I am very sorry this national pandemic has happened on your senior year. I wanted to send this message in order to encourage you at a time that I know most of you need it. Know as soon as things are back to normal, ORSD will do everything in our power to honor you all for your dedication, accomplishments, and achievements. I look forward to your graduation and proms! I don't know when that will happen yet but Lord willing, we will have those events as soon as possible. Right now the best thing to do is to stay at home and distance ourselves for one another in order to slow down the spread of this serious virus.
Again, I am very sorry that this has happened to you all on your senior year. That is certainly not fair, but life is not always fair, as you know. What matters the most is how we treat each other during this tough time in our nation. Please know I am proud of you and how you have conducted yourselves this year. Now is the time we need you the most to do what is right. Please stay safe. I am praying for you all daily. Hang in there!
Respectfully,
Jerrall A. Strasner
