It’s invention week in Mrs. Tedder’s 5th and 6th grade class. A problem was recognized, a solution is created, and a commercial is made to sell their invention. These kids will do great things!

Due to construction at the Oden/Pencil Bluff water department Oden campus ONLY will initiate AMI day #1 on Wednesday, September 11th.
Please complete AMI day # 1 packet that was sent home. The packet is due by Wednesday, September 18th in order for ODEN students to be counted "present" for 9/11/19.
Attention Acorn Elementary 4th, 5th, & 6th grade girls basketball: Practice will be in the New Gym Monday. You will need to park behind the gym in the new student parking lot and enter the side door nearest Mr. Strasner's house.
October 12 at 2:00pm the Timberwolf Tip-Off Tailgate will take place at Oden High School. Food will be provided free of charge thanks to a very generous chicken donation from Tyson in Waldron! ORSD is asking that our students, both new and returning, complete the meal status application prior to September 26, 2019.

Your meal status is beneficial in two ways. 1. Free or reduced meal status provides a financial benefit to your family by reducing the cost of your child's meals at school if you qualify. 2. Free or reduced meal status provides federal funding for the education of our students.
